Within Australia

Shipping within Australia is free. Woohoo!

Allow1-3 days for dispatch from time of order confirmation for all Ready to Ship items.

For customised items, Kate will be in touch to give you approximate dispatch timeframes. Customised items may take 2-6 weeks for dispatch depending on availability of materials.

All Items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Packaging

Rings over $2000 are packaged in luxe Eli Speaks signature orange and cream gift boxes. All necklaces and earrings in gold are packaged in luxe Eli Speaks signature gift boxes also. See the FAQ page for an image of the luxe branded packaging. Silver items are packaged in Eli Speaks branded smart paper boxes (either black or white) and supplied with a soft dusky pink microfibre pouch for travel. Orders over $2000 will also receive a clean and care parcel with info card, small bamboo toothbrush for home cleaning, and soft branded cloth for wiping oils from your beautiful gemstones.

Items are well packaged to avoid damage and shipped in an Australia post ExpressPost satchel with tracking. Tracking details will be emailed once the item is in transit.

Insurance for custom orders and gifts is recommended. Q Report Jewellery insurance is a great option, and means your item is covered from the moment it leaves my studio.

Shipping times are not within the control of Eli Speaks Jewellery, but domestic orders should arrive within 2-3 days from dispatch. Any postage delays will be noted and followed up where required.

International Shipping

To New Zealand / Aotearoa / The Motherland -

Shipping is $40 for International ExpressPost with Signature on delivery. Tracking and estimated delivery times will be emailed to your nominated email address. PLEASE NOTE NZ duties and customs are payable on items over $1000, and are not payable by Eli Speaks. Rest assured, Kate will assist you in this matter.

To USA / Canada / UK / Ireland & China -

Shipping is $50 for International ExpressPost with signature on delivery. Tracking and estimated delivery times will be emailed to your nominated email address. Duties and taxes may be charged and are the responsibility of the customer in the destination country. These are not payable by Eli Speaks.

For areas outside of the countries listed above, please get in touch before placing your order.

Returns

As per Australian consumer law Eli Speaks Jewellery are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind on any item.

You may choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

• is unsafe

• is significantly different from the sample or description

• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major (this assessment is decided by Eli Speaks Jewellery) we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt, and any packaging.

Refunds and returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery confirmation of your goods. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable.

For items damaged during shipping, please contact Kate at Eli Speaks immediately. Take photos of the damaged packaging, and the damage to the item.

Please note that custom made designs and customised orders purchased in either the online store or in studio are not able to be returned or refunded for any reason other than manufacturing fault.
